 MISSING PERSONS REPORT- 01/15/2008

NATALEE ANN HOLLOWAY

This case has been a major interest of mine since Natalee went missing. Not only is she from the State of Alabama, but she went missing on a day in May that is very significant to me.

Ever since the news broke about this case I’ve felt great sadness and pain every time I saw Natalee’s picture on television.  I’ve been awake around the clock in the past few days focusing on the case so I can finally release my visions.

When Natalee first went missing, I saw 3 beach-front cabins with one cabin on the end that had burned down or was destroyed in some way.  However, the foundation was still intact and everything I saw was from a “birds eye” view, meaning I was seeing everything like I was above the site in the air.

There was a large sunken charred trash or rubbish pile to the end and rear of the last cabin foundation (opposite the ocean). This trash pile had 2-3 large charred tree trunks, limbs, or pieces of wood that made an “X” across the sand and trash pile.  On the left side of the pile (from birds eye view) is a shallow grave with someone wrapped in black plastic. I cannot see anything but the feet area since the person was buried face down/head first under the pile and the feet are closest to the outer surface or edge of the sand.

On the right foot is a “Toe Ring” that is enamelled turquoise in color with what looks like “XOXOXOX” inscribed on the edge with either turquoise painted dots in the “O” or stones used as the “O”.  I know I see the “X” clearly and the color is turquoise for sure.

There seems to be an inscription inside of the ring which is not a typical toe ring but is probably a regular finger ring used as a toe ring since it is fully circular and not made like a broken “C”  like many commercial toe rings. (This also could be a finger ring that just happens to be located near the feet)

I Know for a fact that the 3 cabins and the damaged building exist for sure since I revealed my views to someone that lived in Birmingham, Alabama (they inquired early on about my views on the case) and they called me again to get me to look at a news report on TV that showed the exact cabins I had described to them including the damaged building on the right side (end toward the Lighthouse).

I later saw a investigative report that showed the damaged cabin again and Law Enforcement personnel working with Police/Canine dogs that said that the dogs had a “hit” on the foundation of the building but lost the trail after that!

When I looked at this case again this week, in a vision I saw a body in a run down seedy row of houses with a very narrow road/path in front (near the ocean) with a room dressed out in red (red carpet, sheets, lights) and Natalee was on the bed.  Her hair had been cut and she was there lifeless.

Later, I saw several people outside the buildings looking for Natalee in the dark confused (could be the LEA or the 3 suspects coming back) but she was placed in a sewer pipe/tube (or container) filled with mud or sludge covering the body near the buildings or in an alley (could relate to pond reports?).

The people looking for her were very close but they would not have or could not have gotten into the small pipe due to the sewer sludge covering the body.

I could not tell if this was mud or sewage, but it was definitely a small pipe/tube filled with silt or sludge and I couldn’t even see the body when it was inside the pipe in the vision, but I knew it was there…***UPDATE Nov 18, 2008 Headlines: ” Tips renew hopes of solving Holloway case “…” The witness told authorities he saw a young man, wet from the chest down and wearing only one shoe, running along a road from the pond to a fast-food restaurant “…

The scene soon changed and I saw someone begging for help from the Police or a Government agency at a gate but they would not listen or help and turned that person away (could be Beth at Joran’s house??).

The next scene shows a body…. ( edited disturbing details out – Aug 31, 2008)….  lowered over a cliff or ledge by several people onto black jagged rocks located in the ocean.  When the body hit the rocks and water, it became lodged between several rocks…. (edited disturbing details out – Aug 31, 2008 )… that was the end of the scene.

The period of time between the death and disposal of her body was 3-days…….(For some reason,I’m being told this is significant and relative to the case for those in the know).

I know that one day this case will be solved but it will only come when something happens to one of the 3 main suspects in the case by way of an accident (There are at least 5 main people involved in her disappearance).

Joran Van der sloot may be involved in an accident where it “appears” someone may try to run over him with a car while he is crossing the street.  He already fears for his life and knows the truth is going to come out eventually and it’s just a matter of time before someone tries to kill him over this case.

The Kalpoe brothers are the weak link in this case and a suicide attempt by one of them may be coming in the next year due to the constant fear of being found out and threats on his life now.

I know that some of my visions about this case are correct and I have received satisfactory confirmations to that degree. Some of the others specifics that I’ve mentioned can only be verified by a close friend or family member.

I will add any new details to this blog that I receive about this case and I have tried to find a way to visit Aruba in an attempt to provide closure to this family.

Since I do not have the financial resources to do that at this time, I have decided to reveal my visions here in hopes that someone close the case can use the information provided.

If someone knows of a sponsor for this case please let them know about my views.

I will try to post a drawing of the cabins and ring I’ve seen when time allows.

******footnote******
To the people that try to report that she went into the water voluntarily, sheDID NOT!

Also, Spirit requested that I list her full name here and not the abbreviated version listed in news reports. For some reason this is significant to Natalee since I’m told there is someone else she knows with a name similar to hers….

(My heart and prayers go out to Beth and David Holloway and I hope that they find peace and the answers they deserve in this very disturbing case).

UPDATE: Feb 4, 2008

Even though Joran has admitted something on tape, here again we have a reporter that has been too eager to go public after getting a morsel of information…..it doesn’t help the case when greed enters the picture.

I know for a fact that Joran didn’t tell the complete truth when he told the friend what was stated in the video……If he told the truth it would have implicated his father and the Kalpoes so he just left out all the good information……Had the reporter waited a little longer or allowed the “friend” to gain his complete trust then the “whole” story could have come out!!  Now, he won’t trust anyone again so the chances are slim to none that he will slip again.

It’s just like the investigator for Doc. Phil when he tried to tape one of the Kalpoe boys and just made a mess of the whole interview when he had a perfect opportunity to get the boy talking about what happened to Natalee, what did he do?  The investigator started talking on the tape at the same time the Kalpoe boy started telling what happened and it didn’t get on the tape because the investigator was talking over him….

It will only give the prosecutor more time to look into the case and end up at a dead end unless they find something of evidence on the computer & cell phone of Joran’s in the Netherlands… ***UPDATE Feb 15, 2008, Headline:  “Joran van der Sloot won’t be rearrested in Natalee Holloway case” .   (Joran van der Sloot won’t be rearrested in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway – despite what appeared to be his recent confession to the crime).

Too much publicity has hurt this case where everyone (news media) is jumping on any small amount of information and contamination the facts for the real people trying to bring this tragedy to an end…

With Love & Light,

UPDATE April 26, 2008:

I’m being told by Spirit today that Time is getting short for Joran van der Sloot!  He’s a nervous wreck after recently being told that a contract may have been issued & funded by US interest to get to him in the Netherlands…..People on the streets there already know this…..Time is running out my friend & there’s nowhere to hide!!!***UPDATE Nov 15, 2008 Headlines: ” Joran van der Sloot flees Thailand and possible human trafficking charges “…

Update Nov 26, 2008 8:30pm

Joran has admitted that he sold Natalee to an unknown man for $10,000 dollars but that’s NOT the truth.  Joran is just trying to throw off the attention to himself and create another person as the decoy.

However, one thing that he’s doing that will help the case is he will uncover little morsels of information about other people that will probably make them more incline to point the finger back at him.

I’vealready stated here and in another Blog that Joran’s life is in danger and he sealed that prediction with his last interview with Greta.  He’s now named innocent people as well as players in this tragedy on National television that will probably come back to bite him….very soon.

It’s just a matter of time now before Joran becomes fish bait…..!

Update Dec 7, 2008 4:40pm

Here’s an article that came out on Dec 4, 2008:

Police officer thwarted Holloway investigation

RNW NEWS

04-12-2008

Dutch police commissioner Jan van der Straten actively frustrated investigations on the island of Aruba into the disappearance of US teenager Natalee Holloway.

Aruba’s Justice Minister Rudy Croes confirmed on Thursday that Van der Straten delayed the start of investigations in order to protect his friend, Paulus van der Sloot, the father of Joran who is the main suspect in the case. Paulus was working for the Justice Ministry at the time.

Minister Croes made his public statement about the commissioner’s dallying following critical remarks by Van der Straten about Aruba’s police. Shortly after Natalee’s disappearance in 2005, the Dutch police commissioner was overheard saying ” I cannot do this to my friend Paul “.

The Justice Minister says there were remarkably frequent phone conversations between Jan van der Straten and Paul van der Sloot in the first days after the American teenager went missing.

Carnival policemen
In more detailed criticism, Minister Croes accuses Commissioner Van der Straten of putting a “second rate police team” on the Holloway case. The team consisted of part-time policemen who are hired in to help the regular force during events like carnivals.

The Dutch government is also blamed by Minister Croes for giving insufficient moral support to the Aruban authorities:

“They stand by while Aruba’s name is being dragged through the mud. We were asked in 2005 to hide the fact that Joran is a Dutchman. A Dutch minister – I won’t say who – personally asked us to present Joran as an Aruban.”

Justice Minister Rudy Croes is known for his critical attitude towards the Dutch, Aruba’s former coloniser. He said in 2007 that he was in favour of breaking off Aruba’s relations with the Netherlands. The statement caused an uproar, coming as it did while negotiations with the Netherlands were going on.

A new political division of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will come into force on 15 December 2010. Aruba will remain a separate country within the Kingdom.

Update June 09, 2010 10:10pm

***Note, on one level this report is disturbing to me and I had a feeling that Beth’s response to the arrest of Joran didn’t sound right when she was interviewed on the phone and now I know why she reacted the way she did….

I’m sure that she didn’t want to think of the “unthinkable”…That the money she gave to Joran for the release of information on Natalee was used to finance his trip to Peru where he eventually killed another young girl….It’s a bad situation all the way around and I could say a lot more about the FBI and the way they do business, but that wouldn’t be necessary at this point since it won’t change the outcome…But the fallout from this will not go away in the near future??

Some of the players in this plot have always disturbed me, one being “BO” Dietl, he’s a friend of the Holloway’s but he’s not the brightest crayon in the box in my opinion.  Joran already knows him to be a loose cannon from the time “Bo” played “Buford Pusser” and tried to serve him a Court Summons after Joran had already been served the same day in New York and attempted to draw Joran into a confrontation……In the real world, you don’t play these games when so much is riding on the outcome of a case…..If he had done this while on my payroll he would have been unemployed…

In the end, Joran will probably be killed in jail, either by his own hand or it will be something to look like a suicide….There’s already money changing hands to accomplish this task before Joran even goes to trial…Don’t bet that Joran will make it to trial…..

The news that he told his mother that the police coerced or forced him into a confession is a clue to the family that they need not stand idle and allow him to go free on a technicality……I already predicted in a prior Blog that there was “danger” around Joran, and now I know why I saw that a while back..

There will be a lot more drama and turns in this case before the end of the month and that’s why I needed to start another blog for Natalee……

Holloway suspect targeted in sting, not arrested

By PETE YOST and SAMANTHA GROSS, Associated Press Writers Pete Yost And Samantha Gross, Associated Press Writers Wed Jun 9, 7:23 pm ET.

WASHINGTON – The FBI thought it was closing in on Joran Van der Sloot in the notorious Natalee Holloway missing-teenager case, and he was videotaped and paid $25,000 in a sting operation. But when the agency delayed his arrest to help build a criminal case, he took the money and headed for Peru, where authorities say he now has confessed to killing a different young woman.

The investigation of van der Sloot in the Alabama teenager’s case simply was not far enough along to have him arrested, the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office in Birmingham said Wednesday.

Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Patrick Leahy asked FBI Director Robert Mueller for an explanation of “exactly what happened in this case and the basis for all actions taken by the FBI.”
Holloway disappeared on the island of Aruba on May 30, 2005. Van der Sloot is being held in Peru in connection with the killing, exactly five years later, of 21-year-old business student Stephany Flores, the daughter of a Peruvian circus promoter and former race car driver. Flores was found beaten to death, her neck broken, in the 22-year-old Dutchman’s hotel room. Police said the two met playing poker at a casino.

Federal law enforcement officials and a private investigator said the work on Holloway’s disappearance was revived in April when van der Sloot reached out to a lawyer for Holloway’s mother and requested $250,000 in exchange for disclosing the location of the young woman’s body on the island of Aruba.

He got $25,000, and the private investigator says the suspect was taped saying he pushed her down, she hit her head and died. But the statement from the FBI and U.S. attorney’s office said the law enforcement probe “was not sufficiently developed to bring charges prior to the time van der Sloot left Aruba.”

Aruba authorities have been frustrated in their efforts to prosecute van der Sloot because they have been unable to find her remains.

According to the private investigator, Bo Dietl, messages started coming in to John Kelly, a lawyer for the Holloway family who had hired Dietl, around Easter of this year from van der Sloot. Van der Sloot, for years the prime suspect in Holloway’s disappearance, wanted to give details of where Holloway was buried and how she died.

The family said they wanted closure and Kelly contacted the FBI, which sent 10 to 12 agents to Aruba to meet Kelly, Dietl said Wednesday in an interview with The Associated Press.

They set up a sting operation and told van der Sloot he would receive $25,000 immediately and $225,000 more once the body was found.

Kelly and van der Sloot met in a hotel room in Aruba and were secretly videotaped by the FBI. Van der Sloot said on tape that after Holloway died, he contacted his father who helped him bury the body, the investigator said.

Van der Sloot’s father died in January.

“He wanted to come clean, but he also wanted money,” said Dietl. “So now, not knowing if this was true or not, if there was a chance of recovering the body, we wanted to do that.”

Under surveillance by the FBI, he and van der Sloot went to where the body supposedly was buried.

No body has been found.

Van der Sloot has told investigators in Aruba that he left the 18-year-old Holloway on a beach, drunk. For years, he has denied involvement in her disappearance.

Van der Sloot was the last person seen with Holloway before she vanished during a high school graduation trip to the Dutch Caribbean island. He was arrested but has been released twice because of a lack of evidence.

Flores’ family was asked Wednesday for comment on the latest developments.

Enrique Flores, one of the slain Peruvian woman’s brothers, said, “My sister is dead, so I can’t accomplish anything by thinking about what might have been.”

“Neither I nor the family are thinking about all the things that could have happened but did not. What we want now is for police to release their report so the prosecutor can decide whether to bring a case and on what charges.”

Peru’s chief police spokesman, Col. Abel Gamarra, told the AP on Monday that van der Sloot had confessed to killing Flores. However, a Dutch newspaper has quoted a family lawyer as saying the confession may have been coerced.

Van der Sloot, who was a fixture on true crime shows and in tabloids after Holloway’s disappearance, crossed into Chile on Monday, roughly a day after leaving the Lima hotel. The day of his arrest in Chile, he was charged in the United States with trying to extort $250,000 from Holloway’s family.

The federal criminal complaint in that case, filed in Birmingham, alleged an arrangement to pay the money for disclosing the location of Holloway’s body. According to a sworn statement, van der Sloot got a partial payment of $15,000 wired to a Netherlands bank soon after, but the complaint did not say where the money came from.

The U.S. government’s involvement in the payment to van der Sloot was first reported by the New York Post.

FBI denies its probe led to Van der Sloot’s Peru murder.

AFP American Edition
Jun 09, 2010 19:58 EDT

The FBI on Wednesday rejected reports it had paid murder suspect Joran Van der Sloot 25,000 dollars in sting money and insisted its probe of the Dutchman did not prompt his flight to Peru, where he is under arrest for a new murder.

Van der Sloot, 22, is the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway, who was visiting the Caribbean tourist island of Aruba when she went missing.

In that case, Van der Sloot was twice arrested and spent three months in jail but was never charged. Holloway’s body has never been found.

The FBI and the US Attorney’s office in Alabama, Holloway’s home state, said they launched an investigation in April into allegations of criminal conduct by Van der Sloot after he offered to provide information on Holloway’s remains and the circumstances of her death in exchange for 250,000 dollars.

But the Federal Bureau of Investigation is coming under fire for not arresting Van der Sloot last month when they had the chance, after reportedly taping a meeting in which the suspect accepted sting money, committed wire fraud and made incriminating statements about Holloway’s death.

US news reports said the FBI had transferred 15,000 dollars to a Van der Sloot bank account and provided 10,000 in cash to the Dutchman during a meeting in Aruba on May 10. Van der Sloot was not arrested, and he reportedly slipped out of Aruba three days later, arriving in Peru on May 14.

According to the FBI statement, “the US Attorney filed a criminal complaint charging Van der Sloot with extortion and wire fraud on June 3, 2010,” the very day he was arrested to face murder charges of Peruvian Stephany Flores Ramirez.

He has since confessed to killing the Peruvian business student in a fit of rage after she used his laptop without permission, according to police officials.

“Some news accounts have suggested that the FBI provided 25,000 dollars in funds that were transmitted to Van der Sloot. This is incorrect. The funds involved were private funds,” the FBI said in its statement.

Private investigator Bo Dietl, who reportedly helped set up the meeting between Van der Sloot and a civilian go-between for the Holloway family that was approved and taped by the FBI, told the Fox network that the money was provided by the Holloways.

He also said there was “absolutely” sufficient evidence after the meeting to arrest the Dutchman on the spot, but that Van der Sloot was allowed to freely leave the meeting.
“We don’t know who let him go, but we all know (that) he was let go, and then he ended up killing somebody else,” Dietl told the network on Tuesday.

The FBI appeared to seek to deflect mounting questions about why Van der Sloot was not apprehended in Aruba.

“We offer our heartfelt sympathy to the Flores family,” the FBI said, but stressed that “the Birmingham investigation was not related in any way to the murder in Peru.”

The agency said that despite the investigation being in motion “for several weeks at the time of Miss Flores’s death, it was not sufficiently developed to bring charges prior to the time Van der Sloot left Aruba.”

NOTE*** Joran will tell the police anything that he thinks will keep him safe while he’s in jail, if he promises to give up the location of Natalee’s remains, then he knows that he has leverage to keep himself alive…He’s already been told that he won’t live long enough to go to trial once he goes to jail this week….

The reason he’s asking for the Aruba authorities to come to Peru is he’s going to claim that he was tortured into a confession and try to get them to intervene in his defense…

Dutchman to reveal info on missing US teen

Jun 11 04:40 PM US/Eastern

A Dutchman charged with the murder of a Peruvian woman will tell police where to find the body of a US teen who disappeared in Aruba in 2005, a senior Peruvian police investigator said Friday.

General Cesar Guardia, who is leading the investigation into Joran Van der Sloot’s role in the murder of the Peruvian woman, said the Dutch citizen had let slip that he knew the whereabouts of 18-year-old American Natalee Holloway.

But Van der Sloot told Peruvian police that he would only “talk about the matter with Aruban authorities,” Guardia told AFP.

“It is what he said and it did not appear in the investigation documents because it was not revealed during an interrogation,” he added.

“He revealed it… during an informal conversation,” Guardia said. “He said he knew where the young American is.”

Earlier Guardia told US network ABC that Van der Sloot had agreed to provide information about the case, which attracted huge media attention in the United States, the Caribbean and Europe, but was never solved.

“Yes, Joran is ready to discuss this whenever officials from Aruba can come to Peru,” he said.

Van der Sloot, 22, was charged Friday with first-degree murder in connection with the May 30 death of 21-year-old Stephany Flores who was found beaten to death in his Lima hotel room.

Lima Judge Juan Buendia ordered that he “be prosecuted as the perpetrator of the alleged crimes of first-degree murder and simple theft,” court spokesman Luis Gallardo told AFP.

Earlier, prosecutor Ninfa Espinosa had urged that Van der Sloot be detained on the charges and accused him of having carried out the alleged crime “with the aggravating factors of ferocity and cruelty.”

After the charges were announced, he was transferred to the Castro Castro prison in Lima surrounded by security officials and journalists and a crowd that screamed “die murderer” and “pay for murdering” at him.

A police source told media here that Van der Sloot has confessed to killing Flores in his hotel room on May 30 in a fit of rage, saying she used his laptop without permission.

Van der Sloot has long been a prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Holloway, who went missing after a night of drinking with him on the Caribbean island of Aruba.

The son of a prominent judge, Van der Sloot was twice arrested in connection with Holloway’s disappearance and spent three months in jail but was never charged.

In quotes released by Peruvian authorities, Van der Sloot said he was motivated to kill Flores after she used his computer and saw information online linking him to the Holloway case.

“She had no right” to see the laptop, he said, according to police. “I approached her, she was frightened. We discussed it and she tried to escape. I grabbed her by the neck and hit her.”

The US Federal Bureau of Investigation came under fire this week after reports that it missed an opportunity to arrest him last month, prior to the Peru murder.

It was investigating the Dutch citizen for criminal conduct after he offered information on Holloway’s disappearance in exchange for some 250,000 dollars.

FBI agents met with him in Aruba and he reportedly accepted sting money, committed wire fraud and made incriminating statements about Holloway’s death during the meeting, which was recorded.

But he was allowed to go free, and made his way to Peru and then to Chile, where he was finally arrested on June 3 in connection with Flores’s death.

Van der Sloot taken to prison on murder charge

Barraged with cries of `murderer,’ Van der Sloot taken to prison on first-degree murder charge

FRANK BAJAK
AP News

Jun 11, 2010 17:29 EDT

Angry Peruvian onlookers shouted “Disgrace!” and “Murderer” at Joran van der Sloot on Friday after a judge ordered him jailed on first-degree murder and robbery charges in the violent killing of a 21-year-old Lima woman.

Prosecutors said the Dutchman, who was taken to a segregated block of an eastern Lima prison, acted with “ferocity and great cruelty” in killing business student Stephany Flores in his hotel room after they met playing poker.

Van der Sloot remains the lone suspect in the 2005 disappearance of U.S. teen Natalee Holloway on the Caribbean resort island of Aruba, and Peru’s criminal police chief says the defendant told interrogators he knows where her body is.

Aruba’s attorney general, Taco Stein, told The Associated Press on Friday he is skeptical Van der Sloot was telling the truth about Holloway’s body. He said Aruban officials will decide whether to sent investigators to Peru to question him once they learn exactly what he is offering.

Lima Superior Court Judge Juan Buendia issued a detention order before dawn for Van der Sloot on the murder charge. He was first taken with other prisoners in an armored truck to Lima’s judicial palace, then alone to the maximum-security Castro Castro prison.

Police manhandled Van der Sloot as they ushered him to the judicial palace, a scarf around his neck and his hands cuffed behind him.

The more virulent catcalls and bile — the sensational case has dominated Peru’s news for a week — came from onlookers as he was taken from the prosecutor’s office where he had been held since Thursday. One onlooker threw spoiled lettuce.

Police say Van der Sloot brutally murdered Flores three days after meeting her at a casino. He broke her nose, strangled her, threw her to the floor then emptied her wallet and drove away in her SUV, said Gen. Cesar Guardia, chief of the criminal police.

The 6-foot-3 (190-centimeter-tall) Van der Sloot took about $300 worth of Peruvian currency, two credit cards and Flores’ national ID card, Guardia said. He said the suspect abandoned her car in a lower-class Lima neighborhood before fleeing south to Chile by bus.

If convicted on the murder and robbery charges, Van der Sloot would be sentenced to between 15 and 35 years in prison, court spokesman Luis Gallardo told the AP.

“The aggravating factors are having acted with ferocity and great cruelty,” said a news release issued by the court that announced the charges.

At Castro Castro prison, Van der Sloot was fed the Peruvian chicken dish “seco de pollo,” prisons director Ruben Rodriguez said. The Dutchman will have his own cell in a small block near the director’s office.

The only other two prisoners on the block are a reputed Colombian hit man charged with strangling a Peruvian socialite and a provincial mayor charged with laundering drug money

It was not yet known when the trial might begin. A judge must first be assigned to hear the case.

Flores was killed three days after meeting Van der Sloot, police say, and five years to the day after Holloway disappeared. Guardia said “a wealth of evidence” against the Dutchman includes closed-circuit video tracking him leaving the casino with Flores, entering his room with the woman and then leaving alone.

The police chief told the AP on Thursday night that when Van der Sloot confessed to killing Flores investigators asked him about the Holloway case.

“He let slip that he knew the place where this person was buried,” Guardia said.

The general said the Dutchman told investigators “he would only testify (on the matter) before Aruba authorities.”

He said he didn’t know how seriously to take Van der Sloot’s comment given his history of dubious statements the Alabama teen’s disappearance.

Stein, the Aruba attorney general, was cautious about the development.

“I’m not getting my hopes up,” he told the AP. “Let’s face it, he has been telling us many stories many times before.”

Stein said that even if Van der Sloot did reveal what happened to Holloway, there was no guarantee her remains would be found.

Guardia said Van der Sloot confessed that he killed Flores, the daughter of a circus promoter and former race car driver, because she found out about the Aruba case by using his laptop without his permission.

Van der Sloot’s newly hired Peruvian attorney, Maximo Altez, has asked the judge to declare his client’s Monday confession void on the grounds it was made in the presence of a defense lawyer appointed by police.

Reached by the AP, Altez refused to discuss the case. He said Van der Sloot’s schoolteacher mother, Anita, would be arriving early next week with the family’s own media adviser.

The young man’s father, a lawyer on Aruba, a Dutch territory, died in February while playing tennis.

Van der Sloot arrived in Peru on May 14, authorities say, four days after allegedly receiving $25,000 as part of an FBI sting aimed at resolving the Holloway case. U.S. prosecutors charged him with extortion four days after Flores was killed.

Prosecutors say the extortion case began when Van der Sloot contacted a New York lawyer for Holloway’s mother, Beth Twitty, in April seeking $250,000 in exchange for the location of the young woman’s body, how she died and the identity of those involved.

The lawyer, John Kelly, contacted the FBI, which secretly recorded video of him giving Van der Sloot $10,000 in cash in Aruba on May 10 while $15,000 was wired to a bank account in the Dutch man’s name, prosecutors say.

Van der Sloot was recorded telling Kelly he pushed Holloway down, and she hit her head on a rock and died, an affidavit says. He allegedly said his father helped him bury the body.

Van der Sloot admitted in a May 17 e-mail — he was in Peru by then — that he had lied about the location of Holloway’s remains, prosecutors say.

That fit a pattern of Van der Sloot making confessions he later retracted.

Van der Sloot was the last person seen with Holloway before the girl vanished on the last night of a high school graduation trip. He was arrested twice but released both times for a lack of evidence.

Update June 21, 2010 6:06 pm

NOTE ***Joran is trying to set up a clever human rights or Legal challenge to the confession so he can get help from the Netherlands.  He hopes that all the media attention will summon someone to help him in defending his murder conviction so he can be extradited to either Aruba for the murder of Natalee or the USA for the extortion charge..Either way he will fare much better than being in Peru and having to face the charges and eventual jail time there…

***What I see that happened to the girl in Peru was, he was engaged in raping her and she awoke from the drugs and fought him, I don’t see the computer being involved the story at all that he told…..

Joran knew that it would have been a lot worse on him if he had confessed to a rape charge rather than the made up story about the computer & the Natalee email….I do believe the thief charge will stick since that’s what initially got his attention about Flores…

I do have some concerns about a deal being made behind closed doors to allow him to leave Peru for a Price!!  Most poor countries are always open to corruption and this happens all the time when big money is involved…

I think that it’s funny that he’s being housed in protective custody with a Columbia “Hit Man” and a former Peruvian General… I don’t think I would want to be involved with someone that gets paid to kill people, especially after I stated that he could be murdered in jail and made to look like a suicide…

The stress is going to be what takes Joran down….He’ll continue to lie and bait people with his stories about Natalee in hopes of being deported to another more favorable country…

The information about his mental illness is not news to anyone at this point that has followed this case, he’s a pathological lier and murder which always borders on mental illness…But he’s a lot smarter than people give him credit for too….He knows International Law and that’s how he’s been able to slip in and out of all the troubles he’s had in the past few years….

My sense is he’ll be able to get out of Peru somehow on one of the other legal charges…He can be extradited to the US for sure, but I would not want to see that happen because he would be afforded way too many rights and the Attorneys will come out of the wood work to represent him….The burden of proof is too high here compared to Peru…

He was charged as “Persona non-Grata” in Aruba after all the media fiasco and told not to return there and I can’t see them doing anything to make Aruba look any worse than they did over the past 2 years…

I see a major push by his US attorney to get him extradited to the US in the coming month over the extortion charges…

And “YES” to all the people asking me if he was connected to any other missing persons….I see at least one other case that will be revealed soon connecting him to someone that was killed in another country last year….

“Dutch murder suspect keeps mum after retracting confession”

The Dutch suspect in last month’s killing of a young woman in Lima refused to answer a Peruvian judge’s questions Monday after his lawyer claimed a confession to the crime was made under duress.

Joran van der Sloot “made no statement before the judge” who questioned him at the maximum-security Miguel Castro Castro prison, his Peruvian attorney Maximo Altez told AFP.

Altez said he was awaiting the outcome of the habeas corpus petition to release van der Sloot and allow him to challenge the charges. The defense has called for the proceedings to be suspended until a decision is reached.

A longtime prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway in Aruba, van der Sloot confessed earlier this month to killing 21-year-old Stephany Flores, who was found beaten to death in his Lima hotel room.

But in an interview with the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, van der Sloot said he signed papers admitting the crime only because police intimidated him and told him he would be extradited to the Netherlands if he confessed.

“In my total panic, I signed the papers even though I didn’t understand what was written on them,” the 22-year-old said. “During the interview, I was horribly afraid and I felt increasingly depressed. I just wanted to leave.”

He met both women in casinos and Flores was killed exactly five years after Holloway’s disappearance, a case that has attracted huge attention in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.

Natalee Holloway Jawbone Case Almost Resolved, Say Experts

Natalee Holloway – Natalee Holloway disappeared several years ago in Aruba and Dutch authorities are now examining a recently found bone and comparing it to her DNA. The jawbone in question was discovered by a tourist last Friday and many believe that the jawbone may be the remains of Natalee Holloway.  Dutch officials have had Natalee Holloway’s DNA since Tuesday, a source told ABC, adding, “They almost certainly know by now the results.”

“There are mixed signals,” the source said. “If it wasn’t her I’d think they’d come out and say it wasn’t her with all the fanfare.”

“The authorities haven’t confirmed anything with me,” Natalee Holloway’s father, Dave Holloway, told The Associated Press.. “It’s pretty much total silence.”

Natalee Holloway, of Mountain Brook, Alabama, was 18 when she disappeared while on a high school graduation trip to Aruba in 2005.  The Natalee Holloway case has captivated America since then.

***NOTE***

Even though I feel good that the case is still in the news, I really don’t believe that this Jaw bone belongs to Natalee…I feel the location is correct based on my prior posts and they should continue to search in the swamp..

I see a dark haired person as the owner of this jaw bone and it could relate to either an Asian or the other woman that was missing in Aruba prior to Natalee…By the name of Amy Bradley.

Aruba: Jawbone not that of Natalee Holloway

Officials: Jawbone does not belong to missing teenager Natalee Holloway

Nov 23, 2010 11:40 EST

The prosecutor’s office in Aruba says a jawbone with a tooth recently found on a beach does not belong to missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway.

The agency says that an analysis based on dental records rules out that the bone fragment came from her. It says forensic scientists in the Netherlands conducted a detailed examination.

Officials said Tuesday that the jawbone is human. It is unclear whom it belongs to.

The Mountain Brook, Alabama, student was 18 when she disappeared while on a high school graduation trip in 2005.

She was last seen leaving a bar with Dutchman Joran van der Sloot, the prime suspect in her disappearance, on the final night of her trip.

Hello ,my first impression of the Natalie Holloway case was she was drugged kidnapped and sold.As these types of things happen in those parts of the world quite a lot.But after reading your insights I. Believe what your version is now it does make sense and i do have one question however was her murder caused by a drug induced rape ,or an accident? I wonder how the other girl before her died on that island as well .May there souls rest in peace.

ive watched through the years as psychics try to predict things that will happen mostly they are all wrong natile holloway who they featured on the paranormal show with three psychics ,they sure as hell havnt found her body i dont think they have ever solved one case in the 2 seasons they were on tv, and now i hear its a process to get the information .process my but for once i would like for someone psychic or not to be right for once where is natiles body ? well you said beside a cabin,in a drain or trash bin and filled with mud to hide her .what would be great is if someone said ok this is how she died the proof is this and her body in there ,then whoever calls police and they dig and out pops the body the people who killed are then jailed .it especially is sad when a child is murdered there have been three jon bene, madilyn,,and caylee not one of these cases have been solved everyone knows caylee was killed by her mother but who is the others who helped to quiet it up??? then the little girl who was taken from her hotel room sleeping while her siblings slept nearby ,no one knows where or who had taken her,and jon bene murdered in her own home the police really have screwed up that investigation fighting back and forth between the departments.which only made everyone think they all were keystone cops..dont get me wrong i do believe in psychics even you got the terms below for entertainment purposes only which tells me you are only out for yourself for money you help none and you prolong peoples pain it is disspicable that people like you exist and the end of the world your date of 12/21/12 its 12/12/12 , the world isnt going to end if it was it should have happened 7 months ago . ceasur of rome had added a day to the calender the maya calendar didnt take this into account go check for yourself

Hi Sinjin,

Thank you for your comments and concerns about the missing children that you included in your post.

I agree that many Psychics may do things for money only and that some people may not be able to help in locating these missing people. However, you really don’t know me personally to be attacking my work or that of many others that provide our services for FREE. I’ve spent a lot of my own resources to look for missing children and you can’t attack everyone that tries to help the families of missing persons. In fact, I don’t post publicly the results of cases where the families contacted me..I NEVER contact then and only posted the cases like Caylee Anthony because I had valuable information that I wanted the authorities to learn without my personal involvement. There are also cases where I did actually help find people that I haven’t listed on my blogs out of respect for the families.

If you had read my blog on “Why people go missing” you would have a greater understanding on why some people are not found. Psychics are not Gods, nor do we interfere with the work of the Angels. We’re here to help others and there are situations where people are not suppose to be found.

Before you attack me, you need to understand that I spent 40 years of my life looking for my own missing father whom was Missing-in-Action in Vietnam and even as a Psychic, it took that long to be able to find him and bring him home. There are also cases where I’ve spent 30 years of my own personal time and effort to find missing people and have never received any money or attention for working these cases and even placed my life in danger for working them since the perpetrators knew that I found the bodies. So be careful on your criticism of others that are doung the right thing.

In regards to the Entertainment statement, that’s a legal notice since there are a lot of idiots out there that are sue crazy and it somewhat protects us from lawsuits where people don’t recognize or understand our work. None of the Psychics I know do our work for entertainment purposes and rather devote our lives to helping others.

If you’ve read my blogs about 2012 you would already know that I’ve never stated that the end of the world is coming in 2012 or any other year.

Out of my 30+ years of doing my Psychic work, I didn’t even charge for over 25 years so your wrong about the other parts of your post too…

I know that you’re somewhat frustrated over the shows on tv, and you may be correct about your views, but your not correct about my work or that of many others that try to do the right things…I know that you’re just venting and I can overlook that, but be careful when you try to put everyone in the same boat when you really don’t understand the subjects that you’re complaining about.

Sincerely,
Monte

I think we all know that Joran had something to do with Holloway vanishing. However, could he have had something to do with Bradley vanishing? I have thought about that case for a long time now. None of it sounds right to me. Like a puzzle with a few parts missing. I could never understand why “Yellow” was not questioned/followed more in this case. And…. why would her family panic and think she was missing right away like that? Just too strange to me. Not saying her family had anything to do with it at all but is just odd to me. Was “Yellow” a black man? Wonder if her family had a problem with her keeping late hours of morning with a man of color? I can’t remember though if he was a black man or something other than white…. seems like it was said he was a black man. It does not matter what color he was but am just wondering if her father or brother … or even her mother… could have had a meltdown over that? Just a thought ya know. I just think “Yellow” should have been talked with or followed a little closer. I don’t see anything about this man or that band online. I don’t know but I do pray that Holloway or Bradley will be found alive … I know that is probably not going to happen after all this time but I do hope and pray for those 2 young people to be found alive some how. I don’t understand how people can just go missing without a trace ya know. Someone out there knows something and I wish someone would help the family memebers find some closure or find these 2 and bring them home. I can’t even think how anyone who knows anything at all could live life each day and not be haunted by the fact that they know what happened to them or know something… anything… or saw something …. even if they were not sure if it would help… they should just come forward and say what it is or was that they know or think they know to help give some closure or help to find these 2. I think Joran should be pushed or whatever it takes to make him tell what happened to Holloway because if he dies in prison it will never be known exactly what happened to her … or who knows how many others he either killed or sold to the slave market. Another question… this guy killed the Flores girl for money and we pretty much know this. Did Holloway have money on her that night? Or perhaps could he have been holding her some place or whatever to try to get a ransom or whatever for her? I don’t know how he could have had anything to do with Bradley but they did have that bar in common that they both visited right? I don’t know but I just wish someone would help the family members to know where their children are…. dead or alive they have the right to know where their children are or what happened to them.

I don’t think a seventeen year scholar could be held responsible for such a perfect “murder”. This has to be the work of higher dark power.Maybe the girl was
at the wrong place and an accident happened. The persons who were with her do not want to be exposed and authority did the coverup.

Psychic LaMont Hamilton October 14, 2016 at 1:18 pm

This case was a mix of Aruba Keystone Cops and a botched investigation from the start just like the OJ trial, so it wasn’t due to Vandersloot being a genius in any form, just blind luck on his part but the second murder caught up to him.

Monte

You didn’t miss anything, but I just wanted to provide this in hopes that maybe you can possibly add it on to your site. http://abcnews.go.com/International/natalee-holloways-dad-declared-legally-dead/story?id=14513497

This situation just gets more and more twisted.

Thank you Ness!

I’ll update the page with your contribution to help others see what’s going on with the case.
