AMBER ALERT Issued 5 Year Old
Haleigh Cummings Missing North of Orlando, FL in Putnam County
An
AMBER ALERT has been issued for missing 5 year old Haleigh Cummings in Florida.
Haleigh Cummings was last seen on Monday night, February 9, 2009 at
approximately 10 pm when Misty Croslin, the girlfriend of Haleigh Cummings’
father put 5 year old Haleigh to bed. Haleigh Cummings is missing from a rural
area of Florida about 70 miles north of Orlando in Hermus Cove in Satsuma in
Putnam County.
***Missing February 10, 2009 - I don't think
all is being told on this story right now and I'm suspicious about what has been
reported so far, either the father is hiding some information or the girlfriend
knows what happened to Haleigh and isn't saying at this moment?...(this could be at the
request of the Police?)

I believe the Police
know what happened to Haleigh by this time....at least by the 14th they
knew.
I keep seeing a bathtub being involved somehow with this story (or
water)...
The door being opened would account for someone either leaving
it open so they could carry someone out without having to open it again but,
they wouldn't turn the light on if they were kidnapping someone.
I
believe the father came home early before Misty was through 'staging' the scene
and had to stick to her story.

I'm seeing the letters or
initials 'KDG, KDC, CDG' involved somehow....(might refer to
KFC?)
Friday the 13th is
connected...... (this could be the Calendar date or means 'Bad Luck' now in the
case).
I've seen several times to look
in the small white car that has evidence or is
involved connected to the girl.
Fight/argument on Sunday
involving the father..
I still keep seeing a
bathtub and this could explain the pink shirt being found in the clothes hamper
since she was bathed at some point that night.
If I were the Police, I
would check the drain pipes in the tub for clues.
The whole family is
lying about the drug/alcohol issue, both sides are being coy about the truth but
it's about to comes out in the press soon....Shocking! (I don't want to sound
critical by saying this, but they stirred the 'pot' so to speak...by going
public too much.)

I would like to point
out something about Geraldo confronting Ronald Cummings. Some people don't
"cotton" to jerks like Geraldo getting in someone's face and trying to make a
story for himself to get his mug on TV.....Right or wrong, Geraldo is not the
Police...By calling Ronald a "snitch" or "Informant", Geraldo palced everyone in
the Cumming's family lives in danger.....
This case belongs
to the Police Dept. and NOT to pseudo reporters like Geraldo Rivera..who want to
prey on grieving families...
Geraldo is going to play these
ignorant people against each other so he can stir their emotions to attack each
other...It's obvious that the ex-wife has problems or she wouldn't have lost her
2 children in the first place to Ronald.....
Ronald has anger issues and
it's obvious he's one french fry short of a "happy meal", but that doesn't mean
that Geraldo has the right to air their dirty laundry on TV and pit the two
families against each other since it won't help the case.......
A
beautiful little girl is missing, that's what everyone should be focused
on, not creating a 'Dukes of Hazard' - meets - 'The Beverly Hillbillies' reality
show...
If it won't get Haliegh back,
then what's the use to going in that direction with the story??
Also, the Police have the
travel trailer bugged so they will get any inside information if there are lies
stated by Ronald or Misty to each other.....

it conflict with later statements.. made, but gives us insight into what Misty
Croslin's life is like, as well as what the two children might
endure.
It seems
Ronald Cummings has an anger problem and may be a bit controlling. That's
putting it mildly. It is certainly understand..able that Ronald Cummings
had every reason to be upset and angry that night, but as this develops, I
believe we will see domestic violence, drug abuse, low self-esteem, sexual
abuse, and a host of other issues.I
will be adding to this blog and expanding the scope of this initial post.
The focus will mainly look at the dynamics of the family relationships rather
than the day-to-day.. details of the search.

"I was dispatched.. to 202 Green Drive, in
reference to this report of a missing 5 year old child. Due to the age of
the child I responded to this location code 3, blue lights and sirens. D/S
Bridges and I arrived on the scene at the same, 3:40. Upon our arrival I
observed a white male standing in the driveway who was visibly upset. I
made contact with the individual.. who identified.. himself as Ronald
Cummings. Ronald told me that his daughter, Haleigh Cummings, age 5, was
missing.
I asked Ronald what happened, and he told me that he just got
from work, and his, 'dumb (beotch) girlfriend..' told him his daughter was
missing. Ronald said that he did not know what Haleigh was wearing and that all
he knew was the back door was standing open. Ronald repeatedly.. said that
someone had taken his child and also said, 'when I find him, I'll kill
him.' Ron referred to a 9 mm Hand gun which he owned inside of his
residence and said that if law enforcement found whoever had his child he would
shoot them through the back window of the patrol car. I attempted to get
information from Ronald regarding Haleigh however, due to his emotional state he
was unable to provide any useful information."

I have discovered..
that Ronald Cummings has a past history of drug use and criminal charges.
Those charges include possession.. of cocaine and marijuana,.. in amounts that
exceed personal use. He's been charged with maintaining a drug vehicle and
possession.. of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, he's been charged with
shooting a firearm at deer at night on 2 occasions,.. leaving scene of accident
with injuries 2 occasions,.. and trespassing. There is also domestic
violence listed on Crystal's court history, but the perpetrator was not
clear.
Of the drugs in Ronald
Cummings possession.., GHB was listed. This, as most know, is the date
rape drug. Ronald entered a plea of not guilty and was assigned a public
defender as he was deemed indigent. He was also determined.. to be
eligible for court intervention of a drug program which he declined.
Although the charges could have brought Ron a maximum sentence of 5 years and/or
..$5K, he actually received a fine of ..$370. These charges were in
2005.
So far, I've found that
Ronald Cummings has been fined, been under 24 hour house arrest, given community
service, and court ordered drug testing, but he's not served time in jail, that
I could find.
There was a court
hearing scheduled for February 10th at 8:30 regarding custodial issues, but no
further information is available...

We
learned through Crystal and her mother, Marie, that Misty is a victim of sexual
abuse. Misty admitted to Crystal of being sexually abused by a
"first cousin when she was 13 years old."Misty told Geraldo's brother this also, in
addition to stating this cousin visited not too long ago and was in their
home. Misty told him the cousin stole a gun from Ronald while in the
home.This unnamed cousin lives in TN
and is a registered.. sex offender. Misty spoke with the Sheriff of Putnam
County about her cousin following her disclosure...

Last night I had a dream
that showed a Police car approaching a small white car with Misty inside.
As the Police car got closer to her, the white car started going in reverse and
Misty was shouting at someone a good distance away. At the same time
I could see a circle forming around the neighborhood where Misty lived
getting smaller as Misty retreated.....
While I saw this scene playing
out, I saw something out the corner of my eye in a ditch on the side of the
road. I could tell by the size it was a child wrapped in a
blanket. I asked someone why they weren't doing anything about this child
being wrapped in a blanket and I was told they were waiting on a
coroner....
The white car with Misty in it means the Police are closing
in on her while she retreats and no one is listening to her now...
The
body in the blanket means that Haleigh's remains will be found
soon.
Ronald Cummings and some family members will become violent once
Haleigh's remains are found...

I've seen on several
occasions that someone else was at the Cummings home that night with Misty, even
though she states that she didn't leave the home, I haven't heard anyone say
that she was alone...
One reason that she
wanted to marry Ronald was because she didn't want him to know about her
'affairs' with other boys and was afraid of what he would do if he caught her
playing around while he was at work....
The
conflicting stories over whether a cousin was in their home the night Haleigh
went missing will soon come to light with negative consequences for Misty...
***Update Sept 22, 2009 Headlines: 'New Details in Haleigh Cummings
Investigation' ...'The brother of Misty Crosslin, the last
person to see Haleigh, is telling police that he was at the Satsuma home the
night before the girl was reported missing

no one was home or answered the door)...
A missing white blanket
with an animal pattern on it may be the clue to the killer(s) once it's
found.....
A well or septic tank may yield some evidence in this
case...

I feel a major break in
this case is near and will come within the next week...
Some clothing
will either be found or her body will be discovered by someone (a female)...in a
ditch or yard.....
The Police are watching
Misty right now as a flight risk since she may try to leave the
area...
Emotions are about to explode by members of both families in this case
and the press will be involved...

see danger around Misty Cummings, possibly from a suicide attempt or drug

Police should search near/under a bridge where a fort or tunnel is

Someone close to Misty
took Haleigh because he was upset that she turned down his affection/love toward

The person responsible for Haleigh's disappearance has already been
cleared/interviewed by the police.
This person may be
connected to the case in searching for Haleigh or is connected to Law
Enforcement, could be an informant or friend of a policeman somehow.

There will be a break in the
case on or about the 11th or 17th of Oct/Nov either in locating Haleigh's
remains or the arrest of Misty...or both..
This case should be resolved by November with the details of
what happened during that night...
Expect emotional outburst from family
members once the news outlets confront Misty's family...
Violence and retribution toward
other family members will be seen around Ronald when his son is removed from his

It was
announced on NG tonight that Ron and Misty are getting a Divorce which in itself
isn't a shock, but what I've stated above is on target for this months findings
that Misty will crack pretty soon, she's all alone right now with her mother in
jail and her family turning their back on her...
I'm going to say
something now that I will have to disguise a little so I don't reveal too much
information on my site since some family members are monitoring my
Blogs....

Don't fall for Ron & Misty's divorce, it's a ploy by them to throw interference into the case. By Ron going in one direction and Misty in another it will divide the investigative resources of the Police and media...
Ron will eventually get back with Misty but he needs time to play with his friends and draw some more sympathy to him so he can get more money and donations, as long as Misty is under his roof most people will not support him financially...
Ron will secretly continue to support Misty but it will be out of the media's view...
The road rage incident was intentionally made by Donna Brock so she could get away from Misty before she got hurt...Misty already knew that Donna was the undercover person I stated above in a previous post...
I do see Haleigh being taken at one time to a room under what looks like a bridge, or something that looks like a pump house or utility room under a major railroad track or highway.....but it may be a lift station (pump house) near a waterway or something similar there in Florida...
There are large granite rocks around this end of the bridge which leads me to believe its around or connected to water to protect it from erosion...I can see that there's a road/tracks above this room but I haven't figured out where it leads yet...
This room was filthy and looked like a place that drug users would visit to smoke or do drugs so it may be abandoned right now and just used by vagrants....
I did see something wrapped on the floor of this shed which leads me to believe that there is evidence located there but not the body of Haleigh..
I still keep seeing a small white car that's somehow involved with this Misty in this case..but I believe that Haleigh will be found within walking distance from the original trailer..
